Mental Health Awareness: The Connection Between Music and Emotions
Music can be a way for people to uniquely express themselves regardless of verbal language —whether that’s through instruments, sounds, or their bodies. In honor of Mental Health Month, in this group we will explore our emotions and ways in which music can impact and even help us regulate.
