DDD is hosting a webinar in July regarding guardianship and the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings Rule. The training will discuss the scope and types of guardianship available, Probate Act updates impacting guardians’ responsibilities, changes guardians will see due to the implementation of the HCBS Settings Rule, and the importance of partnership between the ISC Agency, the provider and the guardian to support individuals to get what they want and need.
